'Yes, the appointment was easy to arrange and the technician arrived on time and did the task. He commented that it had only been 3 years since the last inspection and therefore did not need a great deal of attention. Regarding the payment of the task prior to the technician's arrival, I debated this issue with your office as I emphasised that we ALWAYS pay the technician prior to his departure. The only other option we have used is when the technician gives us an invoice with the BSB details on the invoice. In those cases, we have paid the invoice within 2 days. However, your office said they had experienced several customers who simply didn't pay!! So, their policy simply had to change. I suppose it is a sign of our times!'
