'Hi Solahart, Overall a very good experience. Craig and David were very courteous and professional. They provided very good information especially in regards to the position of the new tank on the roof. The crane to lift the water heater onto the roof was unexpected but worked really well and was an interesting experience to see a crane in action! On a slightly negative side, the water pressure for hot water has been reduced slightly and this might be due to the reduction of copper piping from 20mm to 15mm perhaps? So far so good and looking forward to low energy bills in the future and having had a Solahart water heater like this on another property, also looking forward to a unit that lasts a long time !
