There was a bit of pushing from your sales rep to arrange and finalise finance, even after we asked for things to be held back for a short time.Phone calls never stopped. This can be very of putting to customers. Install crew were very professional and discussed that there were changes to which we were not advised. If changes are to be made a discussion with the client would be appropriate to see if they agree. There has been no follow up apart from this review to discuss your service.'
